We offer free, private and confidential support packages in conjunction with open moves, open field, Connexions, Recharge and Supported Housing to help resolve homlessness.
We provide you with your own personal adviser
who will assist with:
- arranging home visits
- negotiations and disputes with family and friends
- negotiations with landlords
who will help you:
- access emergency accomodation
- access long term supporteds accomodation
- stay in your current accomodation
