All our adapted properties are prioritised for disabled people, so if you're an able living client we have a high success rate of helping clients find the right home.

If your Incommunities home needs to be adapted, the changes must first be approved by the Bradford Council Occupational Therapy Unit.

If the occupational therapist recommends an adaptation, Incommunities will consider installing Items including shower trays, ramps or stair lifts.
