Following the Community and Local Government Dept guidance on homeless prevention tcoy will provide a wide range of services that will be proactive rather than reactive to youth homelessness.
tcoy staff will help you to:
- identify your support needs
- provide a mediation service to negotiate with family, relatives and your landlord
- use their experience and negotiation skills to help you
- deal with obstacles that prevent you from securing accommodation
- provide on going support to reduce risk of you being threatened with homelessness again
- engage professional services to ensure your well being
